Sun hats Swimming Exercises to Tone Your Entire Body
Take a look at the swimmers in any Olympic race and you will see perfect, athletic bodies with almost zero body fat. Hard swimming really is the best type of workout and swimming exercises will give you strength, flexibility, and a great fat burn at the same time. Besides just the standard actual swimming that we do, you can also vary up your routine with structured swimming exercises that you can do inside a pool. Most people just do laps in a freestyle stroke and that is great for certain muscles, but the legs don't always get as strenuous a workout because normally the swimmer will tire or lose their breath long before the legs give out.
One way to really isolate the legs and work them out harder is to learn a few swimming exercises where you don't actually swim. Go to the deep end of the pool and, facing up, grip the edge of the pool with your arms extended over your head and behind you. Kick your legs out so that you are parallel to the pool surface. Kick your legs vigorously, really feeling the resistance of the water against your thighs and calves. You need to feel the burn on this so you need to do 50 reps, or 50 kicks. Without stopping to rest, turn over on your right side so that the left side of your head is out of the water while the right side is still in. Continue holding on to the edge of the pool but only with your right arm. Now kick vigorously to another count of 50.
Now turn so that your back is facing up or out of the water while holding on to the edge of the pool in front of you. Continue to kick vigorously, feeling the resistance of the water in this, one of the most strenuous of swimming exercises. Again stop at the count of 50 and once again roll to your right so that the right side of your head is up out of the water while the left side remains underwater.
Your leg muscles should really be starting to burn right around now so take a break if you feel that you can't continue. Try and not stop for too long. By shortening your recovery time between sets of this fat busting workout you will enhance the effectiveness of the routing. Try and repeat the whole cycle at least three times altogether, or just keep going until your leg muscles get too weak too continue. If you do these swimming exercises right, when you get out of the pool you will feel weak and your legs may wobble a bit. This is good, and the next day you may feel some pain and this is also a positive sign that you are burning fat, breaking down weak muscle, and rebuilding it with lean, strong muscle.
There is a good reason those Olympic swimmers look like they do and it is called endurance. Being able to withstand a long, strenuous workout with difficult swimming exercises will give you awesome results in a short period of time so please hang in there.

The 2006-2011 World Outlook for Bicycles and Bicycle Parts
$795
The latent demand for bicycles and bicycle parts is not actual or historic sales. Nor is latent demand future sales. In fact, latent demand can be lower either lower or higher than actual sales if a market is inefficient (i.e., not representative of relatively competitive levels). Inefficiencies arise from a number of factors, including the lack of international openness, cultural barriers to consumption, regulations, and cartel-like behavior on the part of firms. In general, however, latent demand is typically larger than actual sales in a country market.

Bicycle Transformed into a Mobile Work Platform for General Repairing Works
Chaudhary Kamruddin of Rajasthan, India owns a two wheelers and bicycle repairing shop. Apart from the daily repair work, he has developed a hobby of modifying the common bicycle by adding interesting equipments and accessories. Once, he added a moped engine to the bicycle and rode it for a year. For the last 25 years, his objective is to make the bicycle more and more comfortable, safe and multipurpose. In due course, he was able to develop a multipurpose bicycle which is not only safe and comfortable but is also a mobile work platform for various small and general repairing works.
Features and advantages of the multipurpose bicycle
The bicycle has been modified as a mobile workstation for the various needs of repairing workers. It has tools of carpentry and black smithy and so, is very useful to all those general purpose repairing workers who move from door to door and do the jobs like drilling, sawing, grinding, sharpening blades, motor winding etc to earn their livelihood. The tools are powered by a 12 V lead battery placed intelligently between the bicycle frames.
In spite of all these accessories and tools, Kamruddin hasn't let the multipurpose bicycle become heavy. It is 25 percent lighter than the normal one and it has an auto gear system to power it which makes it easier and faster to ride.
The bicycle has an umbrella attached to it with a sliding and a locking mechanism which makes the umbrella almost automatic to use. The bicycle has a wind shield to protect the rider from wind.
The bicycle has front and back lights powered by dynamo. It also has normal safety light and side indicators similar to any two wheelers.
Support and Recognition for the grassroots innovation
National Innovation Foundation (NIF), a non-profit, autonomous organization under the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India has recognized and awarded Kamruddin's innovation in its biennial national competition for unaided green grassroots innovations and traditional knowledge. NIF has also filed a patent application for the multipurpose bicycle. Kamruddin is waiting for the patent to be granted and after that only he wants his product to be commercialized. He is not interested in profits and margins and just wants to do good for the society.

How to find best ideas for sale pocket dirt bikes
If you have owned a mini dirt bike you would never want to let it go. The good times that you spent on it, racing with friends and riding it on rough terrain; all these will remain with you forever. However it is essential to upgrade and move on to better things. Therefore, here are some ideas that will help in the sale of your pocket dirt bike.
The condition of your pocket dirt bike
Before you put up your mini bike for sale, do a thorough check on its condition. You need to make sure that the condition of the bike is good. It is very easy to examine the condition of the bike and it will affect your chance of sale if you don't fix up your bike. Also the condition determines the cost that you can sell your bike for.
The usage
The longer your Pocekt dirt bikes are used, the lesser will be the price you can sell them for. However, if the bike has been regularly serviced and maintained well over the years, without the fading of color, it will attract a good price. The color of your electric pocket is very important as the looks and coolness are important considerations.
Safety gear with your bike
When selling your electric pocket bikes, the inclusion of your safety gear can help you get a better price. If your gear belongs to the limited edition class or if it is the perfect match for the bike, then a lot of people would be indeed willing to pay a higher price. However you must ensure that the gear is in good condition, as any defaults can easily be found and this in turn will result in not getting a higher a price on the bike.

How to replace new rear axle on Mongoose XR250?
I have a Mongoose XR250 mountain bike and the rear axle warped. As I was replacing it today, I forgot how the original nuts and bolts went in and I struggled for hours trying to get the new axle in place. I don't know where the manual went and now I'm stuck with a bike with no rear wheel.
Any help?
Bent axles on that bike, and most department store models, are very common. You'd better get used to replacing them. Be advised that about 50% of the time a bent axle on these bikes will have ruined the cups inside the hub which are not replacable requiring a new rear wheel (or new hub if you have the ability to rebuild your wheel).
To replace the rear axle, you should have removed the freewheel then removed ONE side of the hardware which include the cone, washer, possibly a wide spacer, and a locknut. If you removed both sides- a common error for those doing their own work- you can "split" the parts in half. One half (with a "short" wide spacer) goes on the non-drive side, and the other parts go on the drive (freewheel) side.
Make sure you have the correct number of bearings on each side, then, install the parts in this sequence:
1. Cone
2. Wide spacer
3. washer
4. locknut
Install all the parts on one side of the axle and make sure they are snug. Place the axle through the hub and install the other side adjusting the cone until you feel no play and no roughness.
